Wamiga is a women's health and nutrition companion app ("the App") that provides:
Wamiga is available as a free app, supported by advertisements, with an optional paid Premium subscription (Monthly or Annual) that removes ads and unlocks the features marked Premium above.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wamiga. Users between 13 and 17 years of age should use the app with parental guidance. By using Wamiga, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
IMPORTANT: Wamiga is a health tracking tool, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
By using Wamiga, you acknowledge and agree that Wamiga, its developers, and affiliates are not liable for any health decisions made based on the app's information.
The free version of Wamiga includes core period tracking features, a limit of 2 community posts and 2 comments, and is supported by advertisements.
Includes all free features plus the AI Hormones Coach, a personalized nutrition plan, the full recipe library, phase meal reminders, unlimited community posts and comments, and an ad-free experience.
Includes all Premium features billed annually. Equivalent to about $7.50/month — saving roughly 25% compared to the monthly plan.
From time to time, eligible new subscribers who have never previously subscribed to Wamiga Premium may be offered a limited-time introductory price of $1/month for the first 12 months of a Monthly subscription, as shown in the app and at checkout. At the end of that introductory period, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current regular Monthly price (currently $9.99/month) unless cancelled. Eligibility for introductory pricing is determined by Apple's or Google's platform rules, not by Wamiga.
Wamiga reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to users.
You agree to use Wamiga only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
When you post in the Wamiga community (2 posts and 2 comments on the Free plan, unlimited with Premium):
Your personal health data (cycle logs, symptoms, etc.) is never shared publicly and remains completely private to you.
All content, features, and functionality of the Wamiga app and website — including the design, logos, text, graphics, and code — are the exclusive property of Wamiga and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of Wamiga is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We strongly encourage you to read it to understand how we handle your health data.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
Wamiga is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
We do our best to keep Wamiga running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wamiga and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Wamiga will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.
