1. Description of Service

Wamiga is a women's health application ("the App") that provides:

• Menstrual cycle and period tracking
• AI-powered period and ovulation predictions
• Symptom, mood, and health vitals logging
• Personalized health insights and recommendations
• Community features for women's health discussions (Premium)
• Cloud sync across devices (Premium)

Wamiga is available as a free app with optional paid Premium and Annual subscription plans.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

Age Requirement:

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wamiga. Users between 13 and 17 years of age should use the app with parental guidance. By using Wamiga, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Your Account:

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Health Disclaimer

• Wamiga's predictions and insights are based on the data you enter and are for informational purposes only
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Wamiga is not a contraceptive method. Do not rely on it to prevent pregnancy
• Prediction accuracy varies between individuals and is not guaranteed
• If you have irregular cycles, fertility concerns, or any health condition, seek advice from a medical professional

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Plan:

The free version of Wamiga includes core period tracking features and is supported by advertisements.

Premium Plan ($6.99/month):

Includes all free features plus unlimited AI insights, cloud sync, full community access, advanced analytics, and an ad-free experience.

Annual Plan ($60/year):

Includes all Premium features billed annually. Equivalent to $5/month — saving 28% compared to the monthly plan.

Billing & Cancellation:

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are governed by their respective terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• To cancel, manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Wamiga only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the app
• Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in the community
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users in the community
• Share another person's private health data without their consent
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Impersonate other users or Wamiga staff

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. User Content (Community)

When you post in the Wamiga community (Premium feature):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Wamiga a non-exclusive license to display your content within the app
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate anyone's rights
• Wamiga may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines

Your personal health data (cycle logs, symptoms, etc.) is never shared publicly and remains completely private to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Wamiga app and website — including the design, logos, text, graphics, and code — are the exclusive property of Wamiga and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Wamiga's content without written permission
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes

8. Privacy

Your use of Wamiga is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We strongly encourage you to read it to understand how we handle your health data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

• You can stop using Wamiga and delete your account at any time through the app settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases and your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wamiga is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
• Accuracy of period predictions or health insights

We do our best to keep Wamiga running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wamiga and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Health decisions made based on app predictions or insights
• Loss of data due to device failure or app uninstallation (Free plan)
• Any errors or inaccuracies in predictions

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Wamiga will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the app, business practices, or legal requirements. When we do:

• The "Last Updated" date above will change
• Continued use of Wamiga after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
